I only stayed there for about only 1 hour

I switched on the air conditionar ventilation fan. The smell in the room was wierd and I left quickly when I felt unconformtable. The next day I developed a sharp pain in my left side head. 5 days later, the first blister showed up in the left forehead. ... now, 11 days later, the skin of left side head is a disaster zone and left eye couldn't open. Luckily I got the treatment in time. Otherwise, I may loss the vision of my left eye and there may have a lot of scars on my left side head.

Please help! what kind of agency should I contact to collect the evidence? I am sure the lazy department administration will not clean the air conditioner and doesn't pay attention to my suffering.
