很有可能判你支付一定費用給對方... 合同如何理解, 不是基於你個人對合同的理解, 而是基於一般行為人對合同的objective的reasonable理解. 做為局外人, 你一定是對債務有一定責任的,比如沒有沒有及時回複, you can not assume the other party cost nothing if you do not reply in time; maybe they buy the new office supplies, or hire extra hands to work for them etc.

and when you review this case, it has nothing to do with the business owner's personality etc.
