房屋出租問題

我有一獨立房租給四位女大學生。但我發現實際有５個人住在裏麵。我的朋友（鄰居）也告訴我經常看見一個男孩出入．In the lease agreement, it specifically says only
those four girls living there. What's the best way to deal with the matter legally? Thanks
