I am not a lawyer. Still, just read the first 3 lines, I feel it is not a 下唬人的律師函。 You better find a lawyer yourself. Normally, big company has legal service and can recommend lawyer to you. Or, every state has some kind of lawyer "association", they have a list for all kinds of lawyer.
