I have obtained his tax record and it all shows 2 -3 tiems of amount he offered to me orally. Although the big portion is from stock sells though, can I use the annual income on his tax to calculate the CS? tax income will include base, capital gain, etc.

Do you think judge will grand interest since I do have his tax record now?

He aslo has the record to transfer our community house to his family from discovery, will it help judge to grand interest to CS?
