No one is injured.

The police arrested me because her mom pretended fainting in the home and she was sent to hospital discharged right way and she was not injured at all.

In fact, she use the bag to slash me and I still didn't attack her.

When the police came, they just saw an old lady laying on the floor, so they arrest me.

I was offered with a non-criminal violation and I can just plea the violation without criminal record.

I just feel so unfair so that's why I keep fighting.
