insurance premium ??

Is insurance preminum supposed to split between ex hu*****and and ex wife for kid?

The order is just standard from the court form showing insurance coverage should be maintained by both parties, if available at no or reasonable cost through respective places of employment or self-employment. Both parties are ordered to cooperate in the presentation, collection, and reimbursement of any health care claimes

Uninsured health care costs for the children will be shared 50% between mother and father

I paid extra $200 premium to add kid. Should it be splitted? it is much more expensive than $15 copay, etc.
