《泰坦尼克號》（Titanic）的主題曲，《My Heart Will Go On》由好萊塢主流電影作曲家詹姆斯·霍納一手製作 。歌曲的歌詞由韋爾·傑寧斯編寫，歌詞的創作靈感來源於電影中那位百歲老人年輕時候的愛情故事
