if we decided to let her go.  But if you can't trust your nanny, you probably should not hire her.  My nanny contract actually states we will give her two weeks notice unless it is termination due to her mis-conduct.  Since she only worked for you for three months, technically it is still in the trial period.  I think you can let her go and give her couple extra day pay.
