My daughter had the similar thing for a couple of months

My nanny think it is because she is very unhappy when she wake up and can't go back to sleep easily. I didn't find a good way to stop her. But I found if I totally wake her up, she will stop cry. And I need to get her into sleep again. The good thing is that it stopped after a couple of months.
