Streching legs,etc. is due to gas

It happens to my baby too and it gets worse since her weaned totally from breast milk. Formula causes more gas accumulation I guess. Or she might be lactose intolerant. Try soy based formula maybe can help.

She cries very hard before bed every night, until a few big burps coming out. There's really nothing we can do but hold her and walk around,listening to her screaming on top of her lungs. I feel almost going deaf.

Baby's nose sometimes gets stuck too so there's noise like snoring sound. OMG
