Renewal of the Chinese passport; Thanks so much!

I would like to do my renewal of the Chinese passport. I am aware it has to be done online. I searched all over Chicago consulate website and other sites to find a way to do the application on my computer. I have not been able to find the application even. The website that seems to be the one does not work. Did find the right one for visa application. However, that website does not provide any help on renewal of the Chinese passport.

 

I tried to call the consulate. Has not gone through yet.

 

Wondering if anyone has some information on that.
