我覺得假如就是要有個房子住， 交稅還比一般的房子低， 不考慮升值， 這個選擇真的很好。

 

62+， 本來就是考慮人生的終點了， 有個好的地段， 舒服的房子，付少的錢， 多好了。

 

假如選上了， 可以買的話， 那就是中獎了。

 

而且， 買房後， 你就是有大錢進來， 你隻要不賣， 沒人可以趕你走。。。。
