當然都是用新寵做的。。。缺德舅買的小包裝冷凍薯條，還有新鮮雞翅，自己醃好了，用空氣炸檔：

這次性急，溫度高了有點焦，下次降點溫，425華氏度視覺效果應該更好點：

前天下雨前趕緊跑了趟Costco，當仁不讓地買了烤雞，大袋菠菜。烤雞骨架熬了湯，做了烏冬麵：

 

晚上用bacon裹了tilapia魚排烤，加上小土豆，土豆。。。再喝一杯，跟生無可戀想比，應該就不會覺得自己懷才不遇了。。。
