他的口述：

 

My building manger went thru the move out check list with me today.  After she checked everything, she said to me (at least this is what I heard), "Do you want to give me your kiss now?" 

I was like "huh?"

She then waved the envelope on her hand, and said again, "your kiss, you want to give me your kiss?"

I was like...hmm...is this some kinda Eastern European thing, or kiss = tips?

Then she said, "I need your smart card, building pass, and KEYS."
