三弟的笑話

N 年前, 我們在工作午餐後閑聊 起印度的人口問題和交通危險問題。有個小老美開玩笑說:
"Maybe, you can issue drive license to every teens for free, they can reduce your population and clean up your street!".

三弟立刻表示不同意:
"No, No!  Accident from front seat cause life, but incident in the back seat create life. If you issue driver license to teens for free now, you will see a baby boom in next years."
