working in a Japanese company is good for learning Japanese culture like teamwork and management. As an economy giant, Japan has a lot of respectable things to learn.  

 

Yes, the nuclear radiation and eartherquakes are still very scary. But it does depend on the personality of individuals. Say, whether or not you have the gut to face up with these annoying things.
