09年綠卡，一直到2020年都是符合綠卡的居住規定。

2020年初回中國，兩年後回到美國工作生活。

配偶是美國公民，準備申請美國公民。

如何計算年限？是從2022年回美國之後計算起三年，2025年申請？

-It seems you got your green card through marriage with a US citizen. If so, you need to wait for two years and 1 day (but must overcome presumption of break in continuity of residence) or two year and 6 months  to be qualified for N-400 filing from the date you returned to US from China.

Probably, you only need to wait for two years and one day to file N-400 because your family (e.g., your spouse) have still been living in US since you went to China and probably you may have the proerties such as house in US during your absence. This kind of evidences can be used to overcome presumption of break in continuity of residence.
