One tiny problem.

If she has done the fingerprint for immigrantion purpose, even after she changes her name, FBI or USCIS may still have her record of false identity. If she can return to US, her fingerprint record may trigger future problems if she will have the background checking.

If she has not done any fingerprint, she may be safe to leave US.
