How to go Taiwan with H1B

Company let me go Taiwan, I have H1B. How can I come back from taiwan? Can I apply for H1B at Taiwan ? Or I need to go back to China to apply for it? Who has the experience to Taiwan? is it easy to get H1B visa at taiwan? Thanks.
