春暖花開,Q on receive receipt

I filed concurrent. Fedex tracking number shows it has delivered to the immigration office in the morning of 06/29. Is that suppose my receipt date will be on 06/29?

春暖花開, does your receipt date matches with the date when your file arrived immigration office? My attorney said I have to get the receive receipt before 07/01, cause due to the new regulation, my LC priority date will no longer valid if receipt date is after July 1st. Any body know more detail about such regulations?
