For the first step, you don't need to sumbit other materials except those you mentioned. After CIS approves your I-130, it will forward the case to NVC (National Visa Center). You will receive the fee bill from NVC, and packet 3 (after you pay the fee bill). I-864 will be included in the packet 3. Never need G-325A for partents.
