Medical report for 485

Based on the Immigration Doctor's suggestion, we finished some medical treatment for TB, do I better send the new medical report to INS without INS asking for REF? or just wait for REF? all the TB guys need to be treated by INS?

And I need to go through my company Immigration laywer or just send it out by myself? Thank alot.
