competent than your lawyer, then you can do it by yourself.

If you want to change your lawyer, just submit G28 form along with your RFE response. The case decision will be sent to your new lawyer or representative.

Any lawyer who is good at NIW should be good at NIW RFE too. But unfortunately I have no idea which one is good.
