關於無犯罪記錄證明

準備 485 packet，　有幾個問題向大家求教。

１。　４８５　表，如果是 NIW 也應該提供　employment letter 嗎？
２。　CIS 網站上提到：

Form I-864 Affidavit of Support -- This requirement may not apply to you if you are adjusting to permanent resident based on an employment petition.

NIW 似乎不是 employment petition.

3. 無犯罪記錄. 國內的部分有公正, 但國外的年頭大家都是怎麽證明的呢?
