Invites parents to U.S

I am here to asking advice from you. So I just got my green card based on marriage, and I was an F-1 visa holder and still a student, so now we want to invite my parents. Does anyone know what kind of invitation reason should be better? Should I invite ?or my hu*****and shoud? or both? do I still need to get a letter from University office, like ISSO?
