once you 2 get married,your hu*****and can file 130/485 concurrently and you can also apply for EAD to work and AP for travel.

As long as your marriage is not a sham, then you should have no trouble getting your GC. It will be a conditional GC valid for 2 years though, and the condition can be removed at the end of 2 years.

I don't see why you need to get H1, but if you want added assurance, then apply for H1, then get married and apply for family based GC. Use your H1 to work and you can apply for H1 visa overseas or use AP to travel.
