Thanks, I do not want to live

Thanks, I do not want to live in Welfare forever. I want to study law and get job after that. However, study law is very expensive in US. More important, I want to my parents to live with me so I want to go to Vancouver, Canada because I heard Vancouver is very good for Old Chinese People to live. Please give me advice.
