Do you know if I am able to reapply I-140 based on NIW during my previous I-140 appealing based on the same category. My attorney is willing to appeal for my case because he thinks that the denial reason was unacceptable - the reason is "the response to RFE did not discuss questions NOT asked in RFE". But I do not expect much, I am preparing to reaplly. Thank you very much for your help.
