Canadian Green Card Timeline

Filed Canadian Green Card application in early April of 2003. The Buffalo office started processing my case on 6/13/03, exactly 2 years ago today. Had the medical exam last April, submitted additional documents requested by the Buffalo office, and even paid the landing fee. Have not heard a damn thing from them since them. Does anyone have similar experience or timeline as mine? Please share.
