Insurance for senior immigrant

My mom just got her green card a few days ago in California. I want to buy health and dental insurance for her. Can anyone recommend some good insurance packages? Somebody mentioned some insurance packages designed for senior immigrants before. But I don't remember the names anymore. Any idea or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
