140(NIW),485 submitted: Jan 2003
NIW/485 Denied Jan 2005
NIW appeal Feb 2005
NIW/485 reopened and approved at the end of Apr 2005

I think your case will be approved soon. You can call the 1-800 number. I am not sure whether it will speed up the process, but at least it won't hurt.
