NIW RFE, please help

I received the notice from NSC today. They asked to submit additonal evidence to show that if nation interest will be adversely affected if lab certification were required.

My lawyer suggested me to get some recommendation letters from national society or agency. Would you please give me any idea there are what kind of society or agency in USA?

My field is Electrical Engineering. Any help are appreciated.
