filing AR11 is not enough

Filing AR11 by itself is not enough because it won't tell INS that you have moved. You have to write a letter to let the local INS office know that you moved. And you should be able to request your case not to be transferred to the new locaiton.

If and when you move, it is crucial that you let INS know that you moved. AR11 won't tell them that. And postal office won't forward any mail that is from INS or any other governmental offices.
