回複：NIW RFE, please help

Your RFE is very common and it is also very hard to convince the immigration officer on "the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required". I am not sure how you prepare your petition letter and your documents. It seems to me that you might not address enough or emphasize your previous achievements that clearly showed that you are much better than average people with your same background. The requirement of exceptional achievements for NIW is the same as Outstanding Researchers. So my feeling for preparing the RFE is not like that simple as your lawyer responded. Do some hard work on preparing some documents for your previous achievements and rewrite your petition letter like doing a new case. Do not put trust too much on these lawyers.
