in other words, your job's minimum requirements can be easily met by an american worker. But you are better qualified than the minimum requirement. SO you deserve the job?
Unfortunately that is exactly why DOL needs to have the LC process to avoid foreigners getting jobs from americans who are qualified no matter how minimum the requirement is.
