Is my understanding correct?

After I come back, I file 485 for her (no need to file 140, right?) and submit to Service Center. Then once it is approved by Sercvice Center, they will send her a notice that she can go to consulate to get it sealed. But how will she provide the medical exam report ah? And could she obtain an Advance Parole to come into US while processing?

The other choice is that she submit her application by herself at China to the consulate, but how will this be related to my case? and how long it take ah?
