No update on fingerprint

I was fingerprinted 2 moths ago in Newark, NJ. But my online case status is still not updated on this information. I called the 1-800 number but was told that there's nothing they can do to help. I wonder if there's anything wrong with my case. Anybody has the same experience? Is there anything I can do?
