I just listed the papers citing my papers in the end of resume. It works well for me. But I also have about 20 more citations from my 3 international publications during my PhD study in China. I also presented about 20 letters(or cards) from abroad requesting for paper reprints(I originally prepared for my visa interview 2 years ago in China and never thought they could be used for GC application but I am happy that I still kept them :)). Nearly all of my papers were published 2 years ago when I was in China and only a new one in US was in print because it takes time to get publication here. While I have 10 presentations here.
