Call FBI FP department, usually they will tell you whether your FP is done. The department of name check in FBI is hard to talk with, they will ask you send them email and wait.
I do not have the phone number with me, but I got these number in this forum, a post transferred from other BBS. It is a file made by a India guy struggled with FBI one year. Search with keywords 牛, I remember it is a character in title.
