you are talking using EAD, my spouse keeps H1, my situation is I get EAD june 17,2004. this summer i suppose to use for extern program(before graduate, has salary). the company send me an offer in march 8, 2005. the program start on may 16,2005, the same day we received denied letter from uscis.can you say i have used my EAD card or not?
