二月同時遞交140和485,二周前140批了, 剛才看到關於485 receipt section 的貼子, 說485 section is other basis of adjustment, not "adjust as direct beneficiary if immigrant petition'.我的也是other basis of adjustment.我到現在都未有fingerprint通知.請問大家this section does matter or doesn't matter?我急擔心被打入另策,或歸入漫長排期.請幫忙.謝謝了
