biometrics code 2

Hi, I send out I140 (NIW based) and I485 at the end of 2003 to the NSC. Finger print was done on 06/2004. I140 was approved on 04/2005. I received a notice from the NSC to take a biometrics with code 2. Can somebody tell me what is that and how long will it take to get the I485 approved? Thanks for help.
