We filed 485 and 140 together at VSC in Jul 2003 based on LC. However, the 140
was approved in May2004, the 485 is still pending.FP last Nov. Is there anyone still waiting like this?
Our attorney told us not to worry. Right now, if your attorney file the inquiry, how long will
it take for a final decision.
