More question

Thank you very much. But if I really get the denying of I140, the problem about whether I started to use I485 EAD will be very important, but how can i prove my H4 strat from 6/1/05. Since I am still working and assume the H1-B will start from 6/1/05 which my lawyer told me, can CIS force my family to leave for taking advantage of I485 EAD?
HR of my company wants me to fill out a new I-9 form because of H4 approval. Should I choose as an alien authorized to work until the expiring date of my I485 EAD.
