If you were immunized before

the shots are for those who never received the shots before. If you have been immunized before, then there is no need.

The 3 you will need (if you haven't received them before) are TD, MMR and Varivax (chicken pox, you won't need this one if you had chicken pox as a child).

I don't think drawing blood will have any negative impact on your pregnency, but you should ask about the immunization.
