a quick question about I-485

My hu*****and applied I-140 and I-485 last May. Now I-140 is approved in Feb. 2005, FP done in April,2005. We received notification from CIS, asking us to submit medical check documents( we did the medical check after I-140 approved). Does this mean that name check has already finished or not? How long we still need to wait for GC?
