I got a similar case like you, my I40 and I485 got approval at same time and I did not have time to add my family, and I consulted my lawer , they did a great job for me, don;t worry, your kid will jion you soon, but it may worth the money to let a lawer to handle it for you to aviod any mistake. You can also do it for youself, however, a lot of people did not know this well, and can be misleading, even some some lawer never heard of it. So be careful.Good luck.
