Actually yes. Not only in US, Canada but most other countries that Chinese like to visit. You can rent a car at any airport in US or Canada using Chinese drivers license. THe new version has English on it.

In the contrary, US or Canadian DL cannot be used in China. You have to obtain a Chinese DL to drive in China.
