一個月後又收到做fingerprint的通知

我上個月初剛剛做我fingerprint(code 3)，今天又收到做fingerprint的通知。上麵說 The FBI was unstable to process your fingerprint card. It will be necessary to have your fingerprints re-taken. 不過這次變成code1了。有誰遇到同樣的情況嗎？是什麽地方不對嗎？謝謝了！
